Basic information

We bill our clients most often on the basis of an agreed-upon sum for an hour of work; and the sum is derived from taking into account all of the circumstances and details pertaining to a particular case. Our hourly rate is approximately somewhere between 3000 and 5000 Kč/h without VAT.

While we determine the price of our services, we take into acccout specifics of a particular case – just how demanding it is going to be in terms of time and expertise; and the financial possibilities of our client. In cases of long-term cooperation, we are open to negotiations about certain discounts or a predetermined flat fee.

How the first consultation goes

During the first consultation with a new client, we talk with them about their problem, then we suggest them a way to deal with the issue; and while we do this, they can ascertain whether our approach suits them both professionally and on a human level. It is truly helpful to bring along all of the relevant materials already to the first meeting or even send them ahead of it. The amount of relevant information significantly influences speed and quality of our work in resolving a particular issue. Please, be mindful of the fact that the client is obliged to pay an advance for provision of legal services already during the first meeting. This advance payment has to be made after signing of the contract and receiving of an advance payment invoice.

Price:

1 hour of provided legal services: 3.000 Kč – 5.000 Kč
Establishing an s.r.o. company: min. 10.000 Kč
Legal safekeeping: min. 5.000 Kč – it depends on what is being kept safe

Paying us a certain amount of money for an hour of work is not the only option as there are the flat fee option or the contingent fee option. The flat fee option enables our law office to make an agreement with a client concerning a fixed amount of money they will have to pay us for handling of the whole case. The contingent fee option can be a subject of negotiation as it is dependant on reaching of the successful conclusion of the case.
