I specialize in representing clients in legal matters and proceedings pertaining to civil, administrative, arbitration and criminal law. I have gained experience through years of practicing law not only in representing clients legally, but also in preparation of contracts which included matters closely linked to international trade and international transportation laws. The international trade law is an area of law, which was the subject of my postgraduate studies (LL.M. in International Economic Law, The Chinese University of Hong Kong). Furthermore, I deepened my knowledge of law by completing a two-year long-distance study course focused on English and European law (Diploma in English and European Union Law, University of Cambridge). In 2021, I successfuly defended my rigorosum thesis “Comparing selected contractual principles in Czech and English law” and was awarded with the title of JUDr. Apart from areas of law that I have already mentioned, I also have experience with legal matters connected to corporations, real estate, bankruptcy, family and criminal court cases.

My practical legal experiece have been accumulated through working in preeminent international law firms. I had worked as a trainee lawyer in the law firm Schoultz & Partners for three years and then I collaborated as a lawyer with the law firm CERHA HEMPEL Kališ & Partners for a year. Following this, I founded my own law office in 2019. Since 2020, I had been working for the Member of the European Parliament (MEP) Ing. Hynkem Blaško by providing him with legal advise and his office with legal analyses. I also attend, in the context of this collaboration, plenary sittings of the European Parliament in Strassbourg and Brussels, if the MEP requires my presence there.

I am a member of the Union of Family Lawyers.
